Hi, I’m Shanielle — founder of True Aura Healing.

True Aura Healing began with a question I couldn’t seem to get answered:

How can everything be “normal” when you don’t feel like yourself?

After my own experiences of going to the doctor, being told that nothing was wrong, and still feeling as though something was off, I became deeply curious about the parts of women’s health we aren’t always taught to explore.

I began learning more about hormones, nutrition, movement, plants, stress, and the everyday habits that quietly shape how we feel. What I discovered changed the way I understood health—and eventually became the foundation for True Aura Healing.

Health doesn’t have to mean starting over.

I don’t believe wellness requires throwing away everything in your grocery cart, following a perfect routine, or adopting someone else’s version of a “healthy lifestyle.”

Health is individual. Our bodies, environments, cultures, histories, and seasons of life are different. But within those differences are common threads—and a growing body of science that can help us better understand what our bodies may be communicating.

True Aura Healing exists to make that information easier to explore.

Here, we talk about the often-overlooked connections between food, hormones, plants, movement, stress, and everyday life—without turning wellness into another impossible standard to meet.

I also believe health is ancestral.

Long before wellness became an industry, people learned from food, plants, seasons, movement, community, and the environments around them.

For me, understanding health isn't only about looking forward. Sometimes it means looking backward—learning about the people, traditions, foods, and environments that helped shape the bodies we live in today.

That doesn't mean abandoning modern science. It means allowing science, history, culture, and self-awareness to exist in the same conversation.

True Aura Healing is a place to explore those conversations—and hopefully understand yourself a little better along the way.
